Japanese shoppers expect precise delivery windows, convenience-store payment and customer messages in Japanese. Stores selling abroad from Japan need prices and duties shown per country.

Do you have an office in Sapporo?
No. We are based in India and work remotely with stores in Sapporo. Calls are booked at a time that suits Sapporo hours, and you get a reply within one working day.
Which currency do you quote in?
US dollars, fixed in a written scope. The JPY figures on this site are approximate conversions at the current rate.
Do I pay anything upfront?
No. We build the first milestone and show it on staging. If it is not what we agreed, you owe nothing. If you continue, 50% is due then and the rest on handover.
