01About these terms

ThinkAlgo ("we") provides the services, ready stores, apps and software described on thinkalgo.tech. By sending an enquiry or accepting a quote you agree to these terms. Questions: hello@thinkalgo.tech.

02Quotes and scope

Prices on this site are starting prices in US dollars. Before any work starts you get a written scope and one fixed price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and only done once you approve it.

03Payment

• No deposit. We build the first milestone and show it to you on staging.
• If it is not what we agreed, tell us within 3 working days of seeing it and you owe nothing.
• If you continue, 50% of the price is due then and the rest on handover.
• Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
• Clients in India are billed in rupees. Taxes, where they apply, are added to the quoted price.

04Founding-client offer

The first five projects are priced at 40% below the listed project price. In return you agree that we may publish a case study about the work, with customer data masked. The offer applies to the project tier only and ends when the slots are taken.

05Ready stores

Ready stores are sold as they are shown, set up in your own Shopify account with your brand files and up to 50 products from your sheet. Tailoring beyond that is quoted separately.

06Support after handover

Every project and ready store includes 14 days of support after handover, covering faults in what we delivered. Ongoing changes are covered by a monthly plan.

07What we need from you

Timely access to your store and accounts, the content and brand files the scope lists, and one person who can make decisions. Fees charged by other companies, such as Shopify plans, apps, payment providers, WhatsApp and Meta message charges or domain costs, are yours to pay and are not part of our price.

08Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, the work we made specifically for you is yours. We keep ownership of our own tools, libraries and products, including Adyam and our apps, and give you the right to use them as set out in the quote.

09Other platforms

We are an independent studio. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify, Meta, WhatsApp, Google or any other platform we work with, and their names belong to their owners. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and they can change features or prices at any time.

10Confidentiality

We keep your business information and your customers' data confidential and use it only to do the agreed work.

11No guarantees of results

We deliver the scope we quoted. We do not promise search rankings, sales, ad performance or approval decisions made by other companies.

12Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid us for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We would rather solve a problem by talking first; if that fails, the courts of India have jurisdiction.

14Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you accept a quote applies to that quote.
