What store owners tell us.
Custom CRM and operations software, delivered to a written scope.
Built for teams of 2 to 50 people. We do not migrate data from systems that cannot export it. Real customer names, numbers and orders never appear in demos.
What we account for locally.
Basel sits where Switzerland, France and Germany meet. Switzerland sits outside the EU customs union. Stores here need Swiss franc pricing, TWINT and invoice payment, and a clear answer on duties for orders going to or coming from the EU.
General notes, not tax or legal advice. We confirm the details for your store in the written scope.
Starter, project or monthly plan.
Starting points for a written quote, in US dollars. No deposit: see the first milestone, then 50% to continue and the rest on handover. Founding clients pay 40% less on the project tier

Before you ask.
Do you have an office in Basel?
No. We are based in India and work remotely with stores in Basel. Calls are booked at a time that suits Basel hours, and you get a reply within one working day.
Which currency do you quote in?
US dollars, fixed in a written scope. The CHF figures on this site are approximate conversions at the current rate.
Do I pay anything upfront?
No. We build the first milestone and show it on staging. If it is not what we agreed, you owe nothing. If you continue, 50% is due then and the rest on handover.
