Kaohsiung is Taiwan's largest port. Shopify Payments is not offered in Taiwan, so stores here connect a local payment gateway and cannot use Shopify's own local-currency checkout. Convenience-store pickup and LINE messages are part of normal service.

Do you have an office in Kaohsiung?
No. We are based in India and work remotely with stores in Kaohsiung. Calls are booked at a time that suits Kaohsiung hours, and you get a reply within one working day.
Which currency do you quote in?
US dollars, fixed in a written scope. The TWD figures on this site are approximate conversions at the current rate.
Do I pay anything upfront?
No. We build the first milestone and show it on staging. If it is not what we agreed, you owe nothing. If you continue, 50% is due then and the rest on handover.
