What store owners tell us.
Multi-country selling on one store, delivered to a written scope.
This setup does not change Shopify Checkout. The currency you are charged in at checkout and the payment methods available depend on your store’s payment setup; we confirm both in writing before work starts, and we list any limits in the scope.
What we account for locally.
Boston has a strong group of footwear, health and consumer-technology brands. The United States is the largest Shopify market, so stores here compete on speed, reviews and what happens after the order: tracking, returns and repeat purchase. Most of the work we do for US stores is automation around orders and support, and tax settings that follow the states the store sells into.
General notes, not tax or legal advice. We confirm the details for your store in the written scope.
Starter, project or monthly plan.

Before you ask.
Do you have an office in Boston?
No. We are based in India and work remotely with stores in Boston. Calls are booked at a time that suits Boston hours, and you get a reply within one working day.
Which currency do you quote in?
US dollars, fixed in a written scope. The USD figures on this site are approximate conversions at the current rate.
Do I pay anything upfront?
No. We build the first milestone and show it on staging. If it is not what we agreed, you owe nothing. If you continue, 50% is due then and the rest on handover.
Tell us about your store.
